Paleo for a Family of 4 Under $300
Paleo is too expensive.
My grocery bill is TOO much since eating this way.
I can't afford to do this anymore and then I'g done.
Sound familiar? I know. I've been at that place. Paleo Tin be expensive, but so tin the SAD (standard American diet). Whatsoever nutrition or lifestyle can be expensive.

Mexican Breakfast – whip this baby up in minutes, especially if y'all already accept footing beef already in the refrigerator!

Tomato Basil Chicken – 20 Minute Meal!
Buffalo Chicken Muffins – 2 chicken breasts and 5 eggs make 12 HEARTY muffins!
Loaded Mexican Nachos – y'all won't even miss the corn fries!
Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps – a good for you version of PF Changs Lettuce Wraps!
Duck Pate – an overseen power food that is EXTREMELY frugal and deeply nutritious!
Grain Free Chicken Parmesan – this looks succulent and you tin fry information technology in my favorite coconut oil if y'all don't have an animate being fatty.

Italian Sausage with Winter Squash – One Pot Meal!
